Policies

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made three weeks prior of your scheduled event will receive a full refund of the original cost. Cancellations made before one week prior to your scheduled event time will receive a 50% refund of the original cost. No cancellations within 7 days of your scheduled event.

Weather Policy
In the chance of inclement weather, we are happy to update the location to an alternate site of your choice. If no alternate location is available, Luxe Lily will attempt to have your picnic within a 3-day period, if available. If there is no availability within that 3-day period, or change in location cannot be made, you will not be reimbursed.

Damage Policy
All provided materials, décor & equipment are the property of Luxe Lily LLC. All items are to be returned in the same condition they were received. Clients will be held responsible for any loss or damage. In addition, if stains to linens or damage to provided items result in dry cleaning, or professional cleaning charges, the customer will be held responsible.
Clients will be notified of these charges via email and will have 14 business days to arrange payment before further action is taken.

Late Policy
All Luxe Lily clients are allowed to select their start times. We respectfully ask all parties to be on time to ensure maximum enjoyment. All event times go according to the booked start time, and not of the arrival of client and/or guests.

Delivery, Setup & Style / Breakdown Policy
$75 Delivery, setup & style. Our staff will perform all setup, breakdown, styling, and cleanup. The only thing you have left to do is enjoy the day!
