Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made two weeks before your scheduled event will receive a full refund of the original cost. Cancellations made seven days or less before your scheduled event will receive a 50% refund of the original cost. Certain exceptions may apply.

Weather Policy
In the chance of inclement weather, Luxe Lily offers relocation to an alternate site of your choice or the option to reschedule. Communication will occur before your event time to provide the option. If complete event cancellation is requested, you will receive a 50% refund of the original cost.

Damage Policy
All provided materials, décor & equipment are the property of Luxe Lily LLC. All items are to be returned in the same condition they were received. When booking a residential outdoor or overnight service, it is the responsibility of the client to ensure proper care of electronics, linens, pillows, etc. Clients will be held responsible for any loss or damage including dry cleaning or professional cleaning charges.

Late Policy
All Luxe Lily clients are allowed to select their start times. We respectfully ask all parties to be on time to ensure maximum enjoyment. All event times go according to the booked start time and not to the arrival of clients or guests.
